It’s that time of the year again for celebrities, athletes and rockers to come together for a round of golf for charity. Hootie & the Blowfish are hosting their 14th annual Monday After the Masters Celebrity Pro AM. This year it is being held on April 14 and will be played at the Dye Club at Barefoot Resort. Last year’s winners were PGA pro Ricky Barnes and former NFL star Sterling Sharpe.
This year’s tournament will not be a let down from previous years. Besides the co-hosts, tons of fans will flock to the tournament to see their favorite golf professionals like Annika Sorenstam, John Daly, Ricky Barnes, and Woody Austin. Plus many more will come for the numerous famous athletes and celebrities like Ken Griffey Sr., Samuel Jackson, Dan Marino, Derek Anderson, Gale Sayers, Jim McMahon and many more. The Monday After the Masters event will be a primetime to get autographs of your favorites while helping out a good cause.
The main event will start at 8:30 AM on the 14th. Tickets are $10.00 each and children under 12 are free. This year's charities are the Hootie & the Blowfish Foundation, Junior Golf Land, and South Carolina Junior Golf Association, among others.
